Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Brea, CA. This role supports routine inspections, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure facilities, machinery, and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Repair malfunctioning equipment and damaged structures
- Assist with installation and setup of machinery and equipment systems
- Perform maintenance on electrical systems
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure equipment is operating properly
- Support and help maintain inspection and repair schedules
- Act as an on-call handyman as needed
Internal Communication & Documentation
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, operation manuals, safety rules, and technical documents
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, management, vendors, and contractors
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic departmental reports
Physical Demands
- Regular use of hands for handling, reaching, and operating tools
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing
- Regular lifting up to 10 lbs, frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional lifting of 50+ lbs
- Required visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Must have 20/20 visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) and full color vision
